Settle Notes (vnsettle.com)

A guide site with AI chat that helps Koreans living in Vietnam look up visas, work permits and residence cards, with sources.

What we did: Planning, content, design, development, search visibility, operations
Tech and specs: Cloudflare Workers, Gemini API

1Problem

Koreans in Vietnam had to dig through blogs and group chats for visa, work permit, residence card and lease info.

Many answers had no source, and old posts kept going around even after the law changed.

01We picked the guide topics first, then gathered official sources for each one, like laws and embassy notices, and wrote the guides from them.
02The AI chat only answers from what is in the guides, and every answer comes with source links.
03Chat calls are capped at 8 per minute per IP address, and the business sign-up form has a bot check (Turnstile).
04Every guide gets a static page and a sitemap entry at build time, so search engines and AI tools can read it.

We do not store the question text, only its length and the source numbers used. Development started in October 2026 and the site is live now.
