Privacy policy

1. We do not store chatbot conversations

• What you type in the chat window is sent to our server only to create a reply, and it is not kept on the server after the reply goes back. There is no chat archive or database.
• The conversation lives only in the browser window you are looking at, and it is gone when you close the window.
• When we use an AI model to create a reply, your question is handled only within that request and is not stored separately.
• Please do not type personal details (ID numbers, bank account numbers, passwords) into the chat window.

2. "Talk to a person" sends only a summary

• What we receive: what you want to build, budget range, timeline, reference sites and contact name. We only send the values you typed in the chat window yourself.
• What we use it for: assigning a person, sending you a quote and schedule, and replying to you.
• Where it goes: a notification in the internal work messenger our team uses (if notifications are off, it stays in the chat server logs and is deleted when the Cloudflare log retention period ends). If you continue the conversation on our KakaoTalk channel, that conversation stays on the KakaoTalk channel under Kakao's policy. If you email us, it stays in our inbox.
• How long we keep it: if the conversation ends without a contract, we delete it within 6 months. If we sign a contract, we keep it for the contract period and for as long as the relevant laws require.

3. Records the site keeps automatically

• Bot check: when you open the chat window, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person. Cloudflare processes your browser information during this check.
• Rate limit: if the same IP address calls too many times in a short period, we block it for a while. The IP address is used only to count against the limit and is not stored.
• Visitor analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to count visits, pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate country and city, how you arrived, and how often the chat is opened, a request is started and the hand-over button is pressed. We do not send names, contact details or chat content. We use the results only to improve the site.
• Cookies: GA4 sets cookies to tell visits apart (_ga and names starting with _ga_, kept up to 2 years). We set no other cookies.
• How to opt out: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

4. Who we share processing with

• Cloudflare: site hosting, chat server, bot check
• Google: visitor analytics (Google Analytics 4). Data is stored on Google servers, including outside Korea such as in the United States
• Kakao: KakaoTalk channel chat (only when you connect through the channel)

5. Your rights

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the summary you sent us. Send requests to the contact below.
• If you are under 14, please do not type personal details into the chat window.
