We studied 26 small Korean businesses first, then built 3 working concepts for each, each based on a different idea.

1Problem

Old company websites were long on company history, and visitors could not tell what to do next.

2Process

  1. 01For each business we studied how it works first, then came up with three ideas about what a visitor should do first.
  2. 02We built one clickable concept per idea, so three per business.
  3. 03For example: a hair salon shows prices before you go, and a moving company sends quotes from three movers after you pick three things.
